Word Verification
Hi Everybody,
Sorry but I had to turn on "Word Verification" because I was getting some unwanted spam. I know it's a pill but at least we won't have to look at all sorts of weird comments.
Thanks-
Seanna
Speaking of weird...Here's a couple mugs shots: Can you guess who these famous guys are?
Ha, Carol-I can't imagine anyone thinking "Mr. straight arrow" himself would ever be in a line up or any type of trouble. Brian wouldn't even go on the Senior ditch day (a day which Seniors in public Highschool take off and do not come to school) for not wanting to do anything wrong or miss school. I think he was the only Senior on campus walking around all by himself:>) You need to try again-these are famous people you and I have seen many times before-just look a little harder.
Clue #1-he talks like Kermit the frog. Clue 32-All bow to his majesty.
Sorry!! I thought maybe it was a fake mug shot that someone might have done just for the fun of it. I really didn't think Brian had been in any trouble. I just don't know what he use to look like, so I just guessed maybe it was him. Some of Chuck's old pictures are pretty funny.
LoL...I'm sure! I enjoyed the one of him when he was younger and had no mustache. We weren't offended just so you know:) We just thought it was funny. My Dad does have a few "interesting" photos. Like one from highschool with him wearing these really ugly plaid, avocado-green pants. Poor Dad, I think Grandpa forced him to wear them for the school pictures.
I will announce the official results in a day or two. (I don't know where in the world the part about Kermit the frog came from...I don't remember him sounding like that, but of course I haven't heard him speak much.)
Oh, Carol-I hope you knew I thought what you said was hilarious!! If you saw my husbands early pictures in his 20's you might have thought he was suspicious of something. He looked like Wild Bill Hickock or some character out of the Western shootumup days. He had shoulder length hair and a handle bar mustache with a small goatee on his chin. What a character!!
Sarah H-your dad had real personality too when he was younger-I think I have known you all too long:>) We have too much family history that we joke about! I think you dad and my husband would have looked like brothers:>)
Lisa, I remember you telling of Brian's long hair days and I wish I could see a picture of him. How funny to think of how our husbands used to look back in the 60's and 70's. Actually the pictures Seana posted look a lot like Chuck's brother. HA!! I really don't know who they are.
Sarah-that was very funny!! I would post my husbands old pictures if I had them. He was a Wild West mountain man before I met him- so I don't have any of those longhaired bearded pictures to post. Send us some of your dad, I would love to see his pic. and have a good laugh again. I really liked your parents wedding picture they both looked so cute and hip:>)
Seanna says she has some pics. of Mr. Hollinger that will be fun to post that she will put on her blog when she comes back from Texas. Sarah-when you post-click the "other" box and then you can write your name in the "name" box that way you don't have to create an account.
We are going to give everyone a chance to guess (until later today 9/14 or tomorrow) before Seanna spills the beans on who the other man was. We'll see how many come close to the correct answer.
Hi! Welcome to Oceana's Side! My name is Seanna (I was named after the ocean sea...fyi) This is just an outlet for my personal thoughts about the world and what's going on in my life.
Hope you enjoy looking around!

Is it your dad?
Good heavens no! I think he's barely even had a parking ticket. LOL.

Jim Hensen & Larry King?
Are there any prizes for the right answer?
LoL...Larry King is right. Keep guessing about the other guy.
Prize? Um...how about you get a free pass to my birthday party? :)
Well Jim Hensen is Kermit, so I though it was close! As for the other I must say I don't know. Hey that prize sounds great.

Hmm... is it Bill Gates?

Whoops, I spelled Seanna wrong in the last post.
Carol,
That is so funny about Chuck's brother. Back in the 70's I had the Farrah Faucet haircut-how much we have all changed:>)
I don't think I've ever seen the old pictures of Mr. Hollinger, perhaps you should post some ;)
Sarah
LoL, Hi Sarah, yes maybe I should:) However, I don't how well that falls into the category of "honoring your parents" :)
LoL...You know what Proverbs says, humility comes before honor;)
(kidding aside, I know that he would not appreciate you posting any old pictures)
So who is this other mystery man?
Sarah-that was very funny!! I would post my husbands old pictures if I had them. He was a Wild West mountain man before I met him- so I don't have any of those longhaired bearded pictures to post.
