I believe you have one residing in your house. Whenever you need something just call out (in a very english accent of course) "Oh Charles!"

I must say, I can't understand it. When Kressant calls Charles, he seems to appear from nowhere. My summons, however, bring nothing but silence! A most alarmingly suspicious circumstance, to be sure...
Ahh yes, Charles and his notorious brother Fred! They are a legend around here. Fred is always up to something and whenever something goes missing or broken we blame it on him. And Charles, well, he isn't hardly ever around to churn butter. Lately, reports have come in that he has discovered the telephone.
